Who it's for

For the things men carry alone

A lot of men are used to handling things on their own — until it quietly starts to cost them. This is a place to talk honestly, without judgement or pressure. It can help with:

  • Stress, pressure and burnout
  • Anger, frustration and irritability
  • Feeling flat, numb or disconnected
  • Relationship and family strain
  • Identity, direction and purpose
  • Confidence and self-worth
  • Grief, loss and life transitions

You don't need a crisis, or the right words, to begin.

What to expect

No pressure, no judgement

Your first session is simply a conversation — no forms to fill in your head, no need to have it all figured out. You share what you want to, at your pace.

Tersia offers a grounded, practical, whole-person approach — helping you understand what's going on underneath, and giving you real tools to work with. Straightforward, and genuinely on your side.

Talking about it isn't weakness. It's how the weight comes off.
